Golf Event Worksheet:
Please complete, sign, and return a golf event worksheet to the Golf Shop thirty (30) days prior to your event date.
Specialty / Logo Item Orders:
Orders for specialty and logo merchandise should be placed with the Golf Shop forty (40) days prior to your event date.
Final Players’ List:
A final list of golf pairings and player names should be submitted to the Golf Shop four (4) days prior to your event date.
Dress Code:
The Courses requires collared shirts for men, appropriate golf tops for women, and soft spikes on the course at all times. No denim (jeans), tank tops or athletic sportswear will be allowed on the course. Please advise all players of this policy.
Signage:
Any course signage for your event must be free-standing and approved by the Head Pro. All necessary standards, stakes or ropes must be provided by the group. The Courses staff will facilitate signage on the course. Signage should be delivered 24 hours in advance of your event.
Rental Equipment:
Golf club rentals are available. The number of sets required, noting right- or left-handed, should be advised four (4) days prior to your event.
Facilities:
Two putting greens are located near the Golf Shop. And three driving range nets may be found near the west putting green.
Golf Shop:
Special orders for any items with your organization’s logo, including golf balls, trophies, shirts, hats/visors, golf towels and golf bags will be happily accommodated. Call the Golf Shop in advance for price quotes and to place your order. The Courses and The Resort at The Mountain gift cards are also available in any denomination; these make great prizes as the golfer may choose from a variety of items in the Golf Shop.
