Mount Hood Golf Courses
A Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, The Courses is dedicated to fostering and preserving the golf course’s vibrant ecosystem. Golfers will witness the results of award-winning efforts in restoring bird and fish habitats along the Wee Burn stream, a tributary to the dedicated wild and scenic Salmon River.
Designer John Harbottle’s commitment to environmentally-sensitive designs makes him a natural to facilitate The Courses’ renovation.
As custodian of The Courses’ landscape treasure for the past fifteen years, Golf Course Superintendent Tony Lasher is a name synonymous with the environment. When not with his grounds crew on The Courses, Tony enjoys spending time teaching and sharing his love of the land and stream through several educational speeches and seminars throughout the year. To audiences of all ages.
